Looking forward to this evening. Grateful for some nice weather!! Oh dear, what went wrong this evening! I feel very sorry for Mark and Mattie Before the season started I thought that the NDL team mightunearth some up and coming riders that in time might feed in to the Championship team. For various reasons this has not happened and we have had to putout a team with very little experience. very disappointing for Mark and team. I hope that running the team will not affect the viability of running the Championship team next season. Ben Trigger is really the only good thing to come out of this team. Let’s hope he can continue with Plymouth in the Championship next season. He certainly could not score less than the current Championship reserve, although I would not like to promote him to the next level, until everyone thinks he is ready for the challenge and not be disappointed with low scores

A lot of the problem is the experienced riders and riders who the team has been built around, are simply under achieving and aren't up to it.

Fen Tigers take the points July 5, 2022 The Plymouth SWTR Centurions put up a valid fight, but the strength of the Mildenhall Fen TIgers saw the current NDL League champions take all the points with a 35-55 victory at The Coliseum..
Guest Ben Morely, in for the injured Dan Gilkes top scored for the Centurions with a full 15 point maximum. Ben Trigger scored six, whilst reserves David Abraham and Rhys Naylor making their full home debuts chipped in with 4 and 3+1 respectively.
Full report to follow.

Some 13 hours ago I made the mistake of predicting a very close result, which turned out correct, but only up until heat 6 of course, the 'Fen Tigers' were worthy winners on the night. The difference between the sides were the Mildenhall heat leaders got close to their CMA's, but only one of the Plymouth heat leaders achieved his CMA, a big well done to guest Ben Morley on his full maximum and what a fantastic spectacle heat 15 was, the aces in the pack for the winners were Josh Warren and R/R. The two meetings in a day on August 6th and the home meeting on August 23rd are going to be vital in avoiding the wooden spoon for the 'Centurions'. Yet again another superb programme, particularly liked the unusual angle photos on page 9, the Photo Archive on page 22-23 showing Craig Cook was another excellent action shot, although Craig scored 17+1 that night from the reserve berth one ride was on a Tac Sub in heat 14 (double points in those days), but in saying that he was superb that night. For the 'Devils' that night Mark Simmonds and Kyle Hughes scored paid maximums (5 rides each) and Seemond Stephens scored a full maximum (4 rides), as well as defeating Buxton that night Plymouth went on to better that score by a 56-38 win against Buxton latter that season.
