A couple of decent guests there. Let's get a win on our final home match of the season. Avoiding the wooden spoon must be our aim now. Be nice to see Hans and Steve Boxall back. Looking like a fine, warm evening for a change.

Well, if that is the end of season what a way to go out.
I've no idea quite how the Gladiators got that win but, wow, what racing from Kyle, Joe, Justin, James and Ben. They won the races they needed to win and picked up those points they needed to pick up but that 5-1 to by Ben and James to beat Hans kept is in it. A bit of luck possibly in Heat 13, but wow, what a race by both Hans and Joe in heat 15 to seal the win. Kyle getting out in front and Joe simultaneously trying to get round Rory while keeping Jye behind him. What a way to finish the season and to leave us with so many what ifs?
Of course, getting to the Coleseum with the rumours circulating, later confirmed, wasn't good and it certainly weakened us more than Berwick.
And who knows what the future for the Gladiators will bring but that's for another day... speedway kicked me in the teeth last Tuesday, tonight I floated home. That's the sport and that's why we love it.
