Just noticed that the 1-5 for Edinburgh are exactly the same as this fixture last year (even with Richard Lawson as guest number 1). Obviously our team has changed just a little bit (all seven riders in fact!)
Would like to think we can get something out of one of these last two meetings. Tomorrow may be our best bet, but both will be really tough as both Edinburgh and Berwick also have something to ride for.
An enjoyable, competitive and safe meeting is what counts though.

So are we down to two riders now? Kyle Howarth withdrew from the other meeting at Edinburgh tonight. I hope he is O.K for tomorrow night.
I hate to be negative about riders when I'm not there, but how come Justin Sedgmen scores a paltry 4 from 5 rides when guesting for us, then scores 10 from 4 later that same evening for Birmingham?
I get the impression he doesn't like riding for us! He seemed completely disinterested on Tuesday and showed no signs of ever passing anyone. It all seems rather strange, as he made the effort to travel to Plymouth and ride, and points make pounds as they say, but he guested for us years ago at Somerset I recall and scored 4 then. When he rode for us in 2011 he was awful.
No criticism aimed at Garry here at all by the way. He's a decent rider and should be a good guest (I said that on Tuesday), but somehow he doesn't do very well in a Plymouth race jacket!
Seems we were up against a very fired up Edinburgh team tonight. I wasn't there so can't say anymore than that. I'll try to be positive for the battle to avoid the wooden spoon tomorrow night and hope that Kyle is O.K.
